 The Village of Sag Harbor code book is maintained online by the publisher. The code book is updated several times a year due to the enactment of new legislation such as local laws.
The code book contains the bulk of information used by the various Village departments in the administration of their duties.
Permit requirements, fees and rates, zoning ordinances (including setbacks), and local standards for property maintenance are among the many topics contained in the Code.
