In addition to being responsible for enforcement of the navigation law, penal law, local law (chapter 53), and the local waterfront revitalization program, this office oversees the management and collection of docking fees for the Sag Harbor Village marina.

The Village of Sag Harbor is now accepting reservations for transient slip rentals for the 2010 boating season.  For more information, please contact the Harbormaster's office.

This Harbormaster also collects the required information from all foreign flag vessels as directed by the Department of Homeland Security.

In addition to regulating the waterways of Sag Harbor Village, this office also regulates waterways in North Haven Village under a municipal agreement.

The boating season in Sag Harbor runs from April 01 through October 31. Payment for dockage or mooring is due, in full, prior to February 15, 2010.

Any slots which remain unpaid on February 15 will be reassigned.
